About this wine

This mineral bomb comes from the single lieu-dit “En Chevrot” in Saint-Romain. Seiichi’s plot measures just 0,32 hectares, with a total production of 2700 bottles. The wine spends seven months in stainless steel, followed by 12 months in old barrels. It is neither fined nor filtered, and only a small amount of sulphur is added — 33 mg/l for this cuvée.
