About this wine

Tempesta is Nikolas' Cuvée made from Malvasia, Ribolla and Tocai. Actually same base as the Grande Waldo, but this one is Riserva version, with longer time on barrels and in bottle before release, that's we just got the 2019 in!

The grapes are coming from his vineyards Pradis and Bosc di Sot that was planted 1910 and 1960. The grapes are harvested by hand, stomped by foot not destemmed and then macerated for 3-6 days in concrete vats. After the remaining grapes are pressed the wine is transfered to old oak barrels to finish fermentation and age for minimum 11 months. Then aged on bottles until release in 2024. 

Exceptional wine! We'll go as far and claim it's a masterpiece!
