About this wine

Zealandia is a elegant and extremely well balanced Pinot Noir with grapes from several organic parcels around Northern Canterbury. Grapes are destemmed before pressing, fermented on the skins for six weeks with one gentle punch down. Bottled without fining, filtration and without addition of sulphites.
