About this wine 

Second vintage from Mathieu Deshautels, rising star in Côte des Blancs. 

Mathieu owns two small plots at Grand Cru vineyards, one in Cramant and one in Les Mesnil-sur-Oger. Both of them are in conversion to biodynamics at the moment. Will be certified from the 2023 vintage. 

Premier Voyage comes in a brut nature version and is also made withour addition of sulfur. Rich and creamy but with a razor sharp acidity.
