About this wine

Paret Seca Vins produces a delicious, refreshing and light Macabeu! It is an early harvested wine from a clay/calcareous vineyard in the northwest part of Vilafranca del Penedès. Spontaneous fermentation, indigenous yeast. One week on the skins before being aged for 6 months on its on stainless steel.
