2023 Nebbiolo "Langhe Nebbiolo"

Spontaneous fermentation with whole clusters takes place in open steel tanks, followed by 17 days of maceration before pressing. After natural malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred to both steel and concrete tanks to age for one year. Only a small amount of sulfur is added at bottling, with a total below 23 mg/L. No filtration or clarification.
