About this wine 

We simply love Pineau d'Aunis and we are quite sure that you will as well. This one is made with grapes from a clay over slint vineyard called La Butte. La Butte is a small parcel of 0,65 hectares planted in 2014. The vines is still very young, but gives extraordinary wines already. 

Whole cluster fermentation, macerated for 12 days semi-carbonic. Here after the grapes are pressed onto old barrels for both alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation. The wine stays on barrels for six months before getting racked and then bottled without filtration nor addition of sulphites. 

Another great example of a natural wine that is balanced and clean yet vibrant and juicy.
