About this wine

This banger of a Chablis comes from the 1er cru vineyard Mont de Milieu. Rich but balanced. Vibrant but controlled. Fresh but complex. One hell of a wine tbh. 

Vinification is very simple: pressing, followed by fermentation in barrels, then a minimum of two years of aging in barrels. The wine is bottled and left to rest for half a year before release.

Le Vin de Deux is probably our most in-demand producer. Production is tiny, and so are our allocations. Be quick if you want to get your hands on their bottles.
