About this wine

Grande Waldo is Nikolas' Cuvée made from Malvasia, Ribolla and Tocai. The grapes are harvested by hand, stomped by foot not destemmed and then macerated for 3-6 days in concrete vats. After the remaining grapes are pressed the wine is transfered to old oak barrels to finish fermentation and age for minimum 11 months. Hereafter bottled and rest another 6 months before release.
