About this wine

On the outskirts of Meursault lies the lieu-dit Les Monsnières in the Côte de Beaune appellation. Here, Seiichi farms 0,22 hectares under organic agriculture. The vinification follows a classic Seiichi Saito approach: seven months in stainless steel, followed by 12 months in old barrels. The wine is not fined, undergoes only a very light filtration, and receives just a small touch of sulphur before bottling, with a total of 26 mg/l.
