About this wine 

Third vintage from Mathieu Deshautels, rising star in Côte des Blancs. 

Mathieu owns four small plots at Grand Cru vineyards, one in Cramant and three in Les Mesnil-sur-Oger. Les Mesnil is in conversion to biodynamics at the moment. Cramant is certified since the 2023 vintage. 

Premier Voyage comes in a brut nature version and is also made withour addition of sulfur. Rich and creamy but with a razor sharp acidity.
