About this box

Chardonnay from old vines made by Mathieu Colin at his family domaine Vin du Moutherot. The winery is located in Moutherot, Franche-Comté and produces organic wines with minimal intervention in the old cellar. So no artificial yeast, no enzymes, no added sweetness nor acidity, just honest wines with a tiny amount of sulphites at the bottling.
