About this wine 

Pineau de la Loire is a local slang term for Chenin Blanc in the Loire region. This one is stunning. The grapes come from schist and quartz soils, which give the wine its nice minerality combined with structured fruit. It is fermented and aged in stainless steel and bottled quite early. Fresh, balanced, and, in general, simply a beauty!

Off dry, semi sweet, halb trocken, halvsød. 10 grams of residual sugar.
