2023 Hautes Côtes de Beaune "Ronsin"

About this wine

 

This wine comes from old vineyards in Nantoux, with vines planted in 1974, 1980 and 1981. The calcareous clay (calcaire and argile) terroir is farmed biodynamically. Fermentation lasts two months in stainless steel, followed by 17 months in old barrels. The wine is neither fined nor filtered, and only a small amount of sulphur is added at bottling, with a total of 30 mg/l.
