About this wine

Chardonnay macerated with the skins for 20 days, spontaneous fermentation in demijohn's all the way through both fermentation and aging and is a wine made only for friends. Total production is 106 bottles!

Only a small amount of sulfur is added at bottling, with a total below 23 mg/L. No filtration or clarification.
