About this wine 

Le Metisse is a blanc de Noir, dry Champagne in the Extra Brut style with 3,5 grams of dosage. Based 45% Chardonnay, 36% Pinot Meunier and 19% Pinot Noir. Elegant, very balanced and such a beautiful structure. Magnifique!
