About this wine

Complex, mineral and very well balanced. One bottle for drinking now and one to keep in your cellar! The grapes are harvested from two different vineyards with red clay and limestone soil. Maceration for three days and aged in fiberglas. 2018 and 2019 are performing ridiculously good at the moment. Even though it will be hard to hold on to the bottle, we suggest you to do so.
